		<description>This is called a paralysis of choice. When there was only one bottle of red wine and only one of white in the liquor store you had no problem with choosing. You knew it was a best choice and always had fun.

These days, when I see 250 different bottles, I have a very hard times choosing something. And even if I brave enough to, I will most probably fall into the same trap as you describe and start guessing if it was the best choice.

That's why I gave up drinking, never smoked and carefully eliminating other non-essential decision making to reduce the associated stress and feeling of guilt.</description>
